Meetings are usually the second Monday of each month, with two meetings in May for the Annual Parish Council meeting (when the chairman is elected) and the Annual Meeting of Electors when the Parish Council hosts a meeting to report on the previous year, both from the Parish Council and many Parish Organisations. There is not usually a meeting in August due to holidays. 

Meeting venue alternates between Great Chart Village Hall and Singleton Village Hall. Please check the latest agenda to see which venue the meeting will be held in.
