Easter Trail
Great Chart with Singleton Parish
18 Apr 21<>
Easter Hunt 2021 from 2nd - 18th April
Following the current COVID guidelines, we will be running an Easter Trail through the parish during the Easter school holidays. The trail will be available from Friday 2nd April through to Sunday 18th April.
To take part you will need to follow the maps to find letters on our Easter eggs to make up a word or three. Once you have a word, or the whole phrase, you will be able to collect a small prize (whilst stocks last) from the Singleton Environment Centre. Opening times for the centre will be confirmed on the answer sheet that will be posted here on Thursday 1st April. The prize will be some seed paper and seeds which can be planted at home to create a little wildflower garden. If you don't have access to a garden space, we will be providing an area at the Environment Centre where you can plant your seeds and watch them grow on future visits.
It will be possible to follow the trail in your household bubbles and you can print your own answer sheet and use your own pens, so we see no reason why we cannot run the event provided everyone follows social distancing. If you do not have access to a printer, copies of the maps and answer sheets will be available from the Singleton Environment Centre.
