In the complex web of local authorities and different agencies, it is often difficult to know who to report a problem to. We have devised a simple table below to help you. It is important that any issues you see are reported to the correct organisation so the problem can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

To report any emergency issues outside of normal office hours (Monday – Friday, 9am till 5pm), please telephone 03000 41 91 91.
